Only had a slow puncture in my Q2 but phoned first thing in morning, bring car in ASAP and I was treated like royalty. Complimentary taxi home and back later that day to collect the car as I didn’t have a scheduled appointment or anyone to give me a lift. Coffee and biscuits in abundance.
