3rd attempt to resolve a brake warning light issue. I had a message confirming the workshop booking & car collection. Having not heard about the collection time the day prior I contacted Audi. Despite them beng able to see the WhatsApp confirmation there wasn't a booking in their system. Communication then got difficult with Audi Poole, I had to chase to get an update (although those initially answering my calls were professional and tried their best) my finally the car was collected at 1pm. No booking meant no engineer available to work on my car. A manager did eventually call to apologise and advise me of the next fix they were going to try. Since my initial enquiry & purchase I have generally been impressed with the service from Poole Audi. At times though the complexity of their organisation structure and processes seems to get in the way of customer satisfaction. Hopefully they will learn and improve service following issues like I experienced.
