From first making contact with Poole Audi to travelling down from Glasgow and being picked up at the station, I cannot praise the dealerships professionalism and customer service highly enough. Tim Alford the sales executive who looked after me was first class. He did what he said he would do and was in contact with me throughout my purchase until collection and then again afterwards making sure everything was OK. The professional way in which my new pride and joy was presented was first class and I couldn’t have asked for more.I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing another car from Poole Audi as the service was second to none.PS. The bottle of wine was also excellent!
