My Audi service experience

I recently took my beloved Audi A4 for her annual service at Poole Audi. Despite extensive roadworks in the area, delaying me and other Customers, the staff were coping well with the queue of vehicles forming in the Service Reception area. I was provided with a new A5 courtesy car which clocked up it's first 1000 miles as I left Poole, and enjoyed a welcome latte while waiting for the A5's keys. I had already provided additional items to be checked/replaced including new wiper blades and replacing the battery in my spare keys and this was checked with me before I left.During the day I received a WhatsApp message that my vehicle was ready for collection, together with a video detailing the work and checks undertaken. On my return at the end of the day, and while enjoying another latte, I had to apologise for forgetting to leave my spare vehicle keys. They were swiftly taken away and the battery replaced.Everyone I dealt with, before and during my visit, was courteous and efficient. This is not my nearest dealership but well worth the 50+ mile journey for the quality of service received.
