I have always bought Audi for as long as I can remember - first the A3 then the TT Roadster and now, since I am getting older and finding it harder to get in and out of the TT, a Q3. Kyle was brilliant, not pushy and guided me through the process, helped identify the right car for me, helped me transfer my private plate and also was understanding and really supportive given I really didn’t want to give up my TT, which was simply a joy to drive. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend Poole Audi (and Kyle) to anyone. You can’t ask for better
