¹I had an outstanding experience at Poole Audi.My experience of purchasing my new car was the best service I have received from any car dealership over the last 25 years There was none of the usual main dealer "˜negotiating theatrics' and no pressure to add extras to the sale. From first being greeted by Laura, test driving the car and to the handover of the car the whole process was very pleasurable, a feat not often achieved by main dealerships! There were a few mishaps with the new Audi System and processes but it was just part of "bedding in" a new system. Laura and Hayley were courteous, polite and professional at all times. On the handover my Q6 and the MyAudi app were setup and configured. I was also shown through all the screens and functionality of the MMI.
