Recently had an MOT and service on my TT. Audi collected my car from home, carried out the necessary work, and then returned the car to me at the end of the day. I work from home some of the week and this was a godsend for me not having to take time out of my day to deal with this yearly saga. Audi kept me up to date with progress via WhatsApp which was great also. I didn’t need to do any chasing. The service was EXCELLENT and will definitely be coming back next year provided I don’t need to before!
