Nothing but problems, since I picked up my new Q5 SLine Audi 2025Technician cracked the consule prior to handover. This was replaced, back window cover not fitted correctly, no date for replacement. 7 faults on the car, car transported back to Poole Audi. Communication appalling throughout the experience. Technicians worked on it for three days. Could not fix initially, having to call Audi UK. Due to faults and management asked for a refund. Very poor communication from branch manager and after sales managerFelt no alternative but to accept market value after only 3 months brand new at the time losing a lot of money. Made a official complaint to Audi UK. Outcome as the car is now traded back to Poole matter closed. Leadership and Management poor, communication poor. Would I use Poole audi again, No
