Nothing but problems since the sale of my new q7 and now I need a repair and the customer service is non-existent and very frustrating! Waited over a week for a repair and they can’t even phone with an update! Then when I call for an update it’s incorrect information again and car isn’t ready when they said it would be.For the price of a new Audi you would expect a half decent customer service where they actually speak to each other and the departments and maybe pop you a call. Sadly I don’t think I can deal with an unprofessional company like this for much longer so will be parting ways as soon as I can end my finance with them.
