I took my Audi A3 in for its major service at Poole Audi and could not fault the whole process. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and efficient.The service centre itself is absolutely amazing, and even a while-you-wait service is not a chore at all. There are plenty of places to work, and the addition of the beauty salon is just wonderful. I took the opportunity to have a massage while I waited, and I can honestly say this was probably the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at a garage!We previously owned an Audi A4 and had visited the old Poole Audi some years ago, where we always received excellent service. It’s great to see that this level of service has not changed—and has even been scaled up—since the move to the new service centre.My car was returned lovely and clean, and the Audi Cam video from the engineer who serviced my car was clear, concise, and very reassuring. I’ll definitely be returning to Audi for my next service, knowing my car is in good hands.
