Having recently purchased a used Audi from a car dealer, I was a little anxious as the air con wasn't working. The car dealer offered to get it sorted, but I decided to pay the extra and have a main dealer check it over for peace of mind. May I say Poole Audi were so thorough, and found a faulty glow plug, a filler cap issue, and a faulty seal in the rear light. It get's better... Whilst this was all going on, my Wife was receiving the most wonderful massage in their Beauty salon. Not joking, they actually have a beauty salon!!! On top of this the car was cleaned free of charge. Needless to say we will be returning to Poole Audi ;0)
