I have also bought some cars from a competitor brand recently so have direct comparisons, and Poole Audi are head and shoulders above them.This is not just when buying cars either. My daughter had quite a big gearbox issue with her Q3 recently which was just out of warranty and this was dealt with in a quick and very fair way.Most recently I have dealt with Cameron in sales who has been brilliant for the purchase of a new A3, and Q6 which i am about to take delivery of. Cameron has been a genuine pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable, professional and every enthusiastic which is infectious and helps when let’s face it, you’re parting with a lot of money.
