I came in enquiring about an Audi A1 back in July time, Luke was absolutely amazing from start to finish, I have never experienced customer service like it! He managed to get me a good price for my dream car and was very informative with everything, even whilst my car was in production he was very good with answering any questions I had via email or over the phone, on the day of hand over, he was again very helpful and explained everything to me really well and made sure I was happy and comfortable with my new car!
