Inadequate checks and service

A7 purchased 2 years old. Within 36 hours it required a litre of oil. Minimal attempts to apologise by Poole Audi. No attempt to offer me recompense. Three weeks later Poole Audi informed me the new clutch fitted required further new parts to be fitted - in Poole. Minimal explanations - little attempt to offset inconvenience to me and 300 miles on the clock. Purchase Process - Delays in responding to my emails and difficulty in contacting my salesperson. Who also asked my former occupation on two occasions. Intrusive. Delay in car being ready for collection. It's an excellent car. Hopefully nothing else will go wrong with it.
