I prefer to support independent businesses, but I felt a bit stressed having to follow up on my delivery multiple times. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable about my order and consistently apologetic and positive, so I give 4 stars for the customer service! The item eventually arrived, although the packaging was damaged and some parts were loose in the external box. I believe this was due to the supplier's distribution rather than the service itself, and the product appears to be intact and functional.
