Ordered an o-ring and never was informed of a delivery date. I tried to call the customer service number they listed and no answer (left message with my phone number), but no call back. I then sent an email with online receipt and asked them to cancel the order. This all happened within 2 hours of the online purchase. Two days have passed and no contact by phone or email. Worst company I've ordered through hands down. You've been warned.
