The part was shipped 2 days after I ordered it, and I received it one day before estimated delivery date. The part was packaged very securely, it was the original OEM part as advertised, and it was a perfect replacement for the broken part. Poolzoom sent emails for every stage of the order to make me feel secure that things were moving at a good pace. I had no reason to contact them about the order since their automatic emails kept me informed. So I don't understand those negative reviews Poolzoom gets. I was amazed that the price was right, the part was in stock, it was exactly as advertised, it was delivered ahead of schedule, it was a perfect replacement part, and my pool is now crystal clear. All I can say is "Thanks, Poolzoom. I'll be back!"
