Company sent me a defective Nautilus CC Plus Motor. I reached out, and they requested the serial number so that they could file a warranty claim and send me a new motor. That all went relatively smoothly. However, it's now been over 40 days and countless phone calls and have yet to receive a replacement part. Every phone call requires sitting on hold for quite some time only be told the part will soon be sent, but of course it's never sent. At this point, I'll be trying a credit card chargeback as well as filling a BBB complaint. Do NOT use this company!
