I purchased a Dolphin Nautilus from them and after two weeks it broke. I took video footage and pictures and even though they approved my return they kept $375.00 of the $600 we originally paid for a " restocking " feeseveral emails and attempts to get my money back providing proof they still refused so finally had to dispute with Amex. bad business ethics and they steal from customers. beware!!
