So I fell victim to the unclear pricing strategy on their website and paid full price for a yearly subscription when I only wanted to make ONE single presentation. which I was then sorely disappointed with considering I provided all the necessary information. To add insult to injury i enquired about a refund immediately upon realising my mistake, only to wait 3 months for a reply which helped me not one single bit. You cannot get a refund for these services regardless of whether you've used them. And the poor quality just adds insult to injury. Slandering you on trust pilot is the least I can do for the inconvenience caused. Could not recommend less.
