Overall I want to say that the service really isn't bad and initially customer service was pretty responsive. However after a year I decided I didn't want to renew because it was too expensive and I didn't use everything. I finally figured out how to cancel but they're trying to charge me for this year regardless and then say my subscription will cancel in the following year and I don't want that. I've reached out on every platform they have and they will not respond and I've already canceled through stripe but they continue to try to charge me multiple times a day. At this point I'm considering filing credit fraud charges.
