I subscribed to PopAi's services and was charged $99.9 USD with my authorization but i mailed PopAi and explained that a don't want it's services anymore.I attempted to cancel the renewal by following their instructions, but their platform is extremely confusing and not user-friendly. When I contacted customer support, I did not receive a timely or clear response. Additionally, they do not provide a straightforward way to remove credit card information from the platform, which further raises serious trust issues.I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to protect my money. I do not recommend PopAi
