the card was received and worked well for around 9 months and then it stopped working and says card cant be configured. i wrote to popcard and they keep saying they hope to fix this problem but it has been going on for weeks... they should just send me a new card at no cost to the client .....why is good service even at a company that is responsible for reviews underpar. Surely they of all people appreciate what an honest and truthful bad review does to the company ??
