I ordered some bundles for me and my partner on 6th Feb. On 7th Feb I received shipping email with tracking. Nearly 2 week later they had not been delivered and the tracking number didn’t work. I emailed, no reply, messaged on Instagram and finally got a reply to say they are out of stock and would I like two of the same size instead. I explained my choice of size for the order and asked for a refund. 3 days later no reply, no refund. Expect so much better these days.
