They don’t care that I had food poisoning

I went to the Uxbridge branch on the day it opened. I believe I got food poisoning from there. My friend went in the next day to speak to the manager, who was very dismissive and told him to report it online. I reported it, got a quick reply from them which said they were handing it over to a third party. I have NOT heard since. I have never felt so ill, I was unable to eat anything for 4 days, then only managed dry toast or boiled potatoes for the next 3 days. I did not want any vouchers or anything like that. Just an apology and promise that they will try to improve their food handling standards. Very disappointed, I will NEVER return and have advised everyone I know not to eat there.
