I went to popeyes on hwy 110 north in Tyler tx. I got the 20 dollar meal. They advertise it comes with a large side of 1 thing. I ordered potatoes. I also added 2 sides of rice an beans. We had to wait while they fixed some spicey chicken an was told to pull by back door. We went around but the can in front of us was taking all the room. So we parked in a parking spot right across from door when it was ready a lady came out an hollered at us we were told to back up an get our order. She couldn't walk 5 steps to us after waiting on food. So we get home we have 1 small potatoes, 3 rice an beans. It was suppose to be 1 lg. potato a 2 rice an beans but we got 1 small potato an 3 rice an beans then we take out biscuits you could used them for tired they were so hard u couldn't break them. An the guy that waited on us couldn't understand order I guess he had us drive to window an even then he didn't get it right. Took him 10 min to take our order he couldn't get it right. I love Popeyes but I won't eat it there again. Very rude an unprofessional. This store should be looked into they don't care what they give u. If I could post a pic of biscuits I sure would have.
