I ordered a vinyl record, and it came damaged. The sleeve was all bent up. I emailed them to try and get a refund. Took two days for someone to reply, and they asked for photos. That's fine. I send them photos of the damaged item. Another 2 days for them to reply. They told me they would mail me a return label. It took over a week to get the return label. Why wouldn't they just send me the PDF to print it myself? Once I sent back my item, I was told I needed to way 30 days to get a refund! Crazy! It's going to take nearly 2 months to complete my return! This is awful. Don't buy from this store!
