There was error with my order, but when I contacted them, I was able to get the owner of the Company. He attended to my order and immediately rectified it. I was pleased because he followed my order during preparation until it was mailed. I was pleased with the towels that I ordered as novelty items because they were just as the website described they would be. I have not distributed them as the gifts that I have purchased them for-yet, but anticipate doing so. I have requested that they add more items for their US customers.
