Quantity vs quality service. Once you sign the contract is when it stops. They will post your trailer on the various popular websites. Our sales rep was non-existent and would not respond to emails or texts. But the sale rep had no problem sending me emails of potential trailers for sale. I'm a seller not a damn buyer. Again it appears to get as many trailers in their system and sit back and wait. No real effort to sell our trailer and very little communication.
