Sales agreement BYS-53 My so called buyers agent sent me a listing of a boat that I was willing to go look and was very clear to her that I wanted a open water sea trial since the boat is a off shore fishing boat. So I make the flight from Dallas to New Oleans Get the rent a car and hotel and while eating dinner the seller agent contacts me asking what I expected for the sea trial. I told him that I clearly made sure that the buyers agent knew that the boat was to be taken out to open seas for the sea trial. Well he told me that was not a option. I got so upset that I just drove back to the air port and flew back home a didn’t even go look at the boat. After returning home I contacted seller and he said that he was never even asked If the boat could be taken off shore or not and if that was what I wanted then that was not a problem. Flew back down the following weekend, the owner and myself took the vessel out to sea . I liked the boat but didn’t want anymore dealing with pop and just paid the owner out right and told him if he wanted to stay out of trouble then he should read all the negative reviews and pay pop the %10 if he was smart. It wasn’t until I was sitting in the airport waiting on my return home flight the first trip all upset thinking to myself What kinda of company tells a Qualified Buyer that his request for a open sea test drive would be passed on the the owner and sellers agent. And they wait until I take on the expense to travel down there to be told that open sea test drive was not a option. Thats when I started reading the reviews about Pop . OMG .
