The ability to locate, peruse and connect with an RV anywhere in the country was great! The variety of makes, models and styles was unsurpassed. Not having to pay a dealer's markup and getting a unit that typically has already taken the hit of depreciation is a huge bonus. We were fortunate to find the right RV at the right price right in our area!April Rose was our "buyer's agent" (in Florida) and King Garrett represented the seller in Arizona. April put us in touch with King who met us multiple time at the seller's location. The communication was a tad slow, having to go thru channels, but we eventually got it done. Since we arranged our own financing Tricia the clising agent stepped-up as liason with our lender, taking the difficulty out of transition forms and funds.King arranged with the seller for our inspector to come in and do his work as well as communicating to the seller items we'd like to have repaired. The entire process took a bit more time than expected (30 days from initial contact to closing, much like a home). Well IT IS! The RV was at the repair shop when we closed and we were told "go get it." This was rather disappointing as we had no one to walk us thru the operation of the unit. Owner said "All the books are there" when asked about how something worked. In all honesty we believe much of its operation may have been unknown to him since the three year old unit had less than 9000 miles on it. But we can read and there are many helpful Facebook groups to reach out to. All in all I recommend POP for their thoroughness and professionalism. It's understood they have hundreds of buyers and sellers coast to coast and a limited staff scattered around the country so this should be taken into account.
