If it wasn’t for Robin Wild, this deal never would have happened. Thank heavens she was our agent! Sellers agent would not put details of boat in ad. Lots of pictures but no details about what came with the boat. Boat was 700 miles away from us, so not that easy to run over and take a look! Robin got many of the details for us and arranged a conference call with the seller to answer a lot of our questions. We made an offer contingent on seeing the boat and getting a survey.
