Although I was not overwhelmed by the sales side of POP Yachts, I cannot say enough about the excellence of service I saw from three specific people at POP when things went a little sideways after the deal was done. Harley Holland, Rusty Kline, and especially Lauri Crockett in Customer Service went out of their way to assist me with my troubles. Were it not for a couple hiccups along the way, I would gladly give a full 5 star review. But these three deserve to be recognized for their customer care.
