The whole experience of buying our Travato was great.... At first is seemed strange dealing with a broker over the internet and by phone and not having a tactile feeling for the sale. There was some discomfort ... but the people like Cory and Trisha were so great during the process that things went very well. The inspection, bid process, and sale went smoothly with not hitches. Trisha at the main office did a lot to reassure me that things were going great. We got the Travato 59K and it is a great vehicle it was everything that we had hoped for and we are really enjoying it. The whole process was much like the buying experience we had with Tesla. I would do it all again with pop rv... they are good people.
