I pre-ordered an item in October with an expected delivery date of December. The item never arrived, and I received no communication from PopsforSale regarding any delay. By early January, the order was still outstanding, so I contacted customer support. I was informed that a full refund would be issued.More than a month has now passed, and the refund has still not been received. Subsequent attempts to contact support have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and failure to process the promised refund are extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this site.
