BAD customer service. I responded to email from them and paid deposit for advance discount on Kickstarter. Alas, the discount email they sent me did not work. Emails to customer service were returned by stupid people who can't seem to speak English and don't take the time to read my concerns. Spend you money with a more thoughtful company.
