We’ve had this unit for a year now. At 7 months old we started complaining that the control unit / display panel is fault as it stopped working, so you couldn’t control anything remotely or se what was happening on daily use. They were going to send out a new panel which were expected to install ourselves ! Twice now we’ve been advised this has been sent out to us and we’ve never received, and now the unit is just out of guarantee they’ve stopped responding to my emails !Would not recommend this product, and definately not their service.Strangely, my request to join te customer support site has been pending since we had these issues with the product !?
