We rescued two cats. We had never owned cats before. They are now an important part of our family, and there is nothing that I would not do for them. We originally got the litter robot. What a waste of money! It stopped working six months after we bought it. I went to their customer service to see about getting help or recommendations and was basically told I was on my own! No support of any kind. My daughter came across your system, and I made the purchase. I am so glad I did! It has worked great and so much better and easier to maintain than the litter robot. I recently ordered some maintenance items and one of my orders came right away and the other one did not. I reached out to their customer service and was blown away by how they handled the situation. What a great company! It’s one thing to have a superior product, but to couple that with a company that seems to care and will go the extra mile for their customers is priceless, and so rare in this day and age! I am a client for life! I have already recommended this system to others because of how well it works, but now that I have had firsthand knowledge of their customer service, I am their biggest fan!
