Contractors beware of this sleazy company. I Cancelled this service last year only to find out they charged me a $360 renewal fee. Called to dispute and the 1st rep would not even give me his last name so I could validate my conversation. I then Disputed the charge with my bank, 2 days another rep named Joey Carmona says they sent me an email with the renewal notice on Oct 11th. While I was speaking with him I checked my inbox on that day and there was no notice of renewal. When I called him on that he said, we sent it via text not email. Great company heh...?
