We used Porter Dodson for our house purchase. We had used another firm for our sale which turned out to be a nightmare. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. The team at P-D were always quick to respond to any correspondence and were on the ball every step of the way. Highly recommended. They were a little more expensive than others but the lesson we learnt was don’t cheap out on the most stressful thing you might ever do, it’s not worth it. Worth every penny. We are now using their services for other legal affairs.
