Called for a simple eviction notice. All dealt with promptly until I received an email saying 'The notice will be posted on X date.' The notice was not posted. I waited a week and then followed this up. By calling to ask where the notice was cost me an extra 13%. Charging this extra because you could not do what you said you would do it not good enough. I queried this bill and was told 1 month 9 days later. That this was 'in line with the works carried out.' I was told that if I wished to escalate I could do so. It would be foolish to take a law firm to the small claims court. Go somewhere else and hope that they will do what they say they will do. Charging me for following up their lack of care and then standing by it may well not be illegal but it is certainly unethical.
