The DVD recorder we bought was excellent. It arrived extremely well-packaged with ample bubble wrap. It worked perfectly. However, since it’s a 'newer' model, it was affected by recording restrictions from certain channels, which limited its use for our main purpose. The good news is that returning it was hassle-free. I will purchase from this service again for legacy electronics.
