I have been using Portfoliobox for years to host my portfolio and recently discovered that roughly 30% of my images disappeared without any action on my part. Customer support blamed me for deleting them, despite the fact that I had not made any changes.I was then informed that I am using Portfoliobox 3, a legacy version that is no longer supported. The only “solution” offered is to start from scratch on Portfoliobox 4. My existing pages, layouts, and structure will not transfer – only some images can be salvaged. For a paid service, this is completely unacceptable.I cannot rely on a platform that loses content and provides no way to restore it. I am leaving Portfoliobox and moving my portfolio to a more trustworthy provider. If you value your work, avoid this service.
