This company is as grimy as they come. I pay off a debt from them, I ask them 3 times if there's anything else, they say no. Yesterday (5/08/2025) these scum send me an email bill for a similar amount. Today (5/09/2025) they report it to my credit report tanking my score 30 points! This not only gave me less than a day to resolve, they didn't verify it. Then they tell me it will take 30 days to get this off my credit after I gave them another $500! They get sued all the time even by the federal government for these practices. I am homeless and was getting ready to apply for a mortgage to buy a house to get away from the numerous slum lords here in Florida and these slimy people torpedoed any hope of this.
