Be careful with your investments through portico, x4 of the property valuations have come in over £40k down on the ‘investment offer’ sold to you by the sales team with one properly being over £80k down on valuation. Development timescales are way off, one development advised to complete q4 2024 isn’t complete and the other with the same estimated completion date issued a completion notice just in time to meet the LSD. The final development I invested in failed to meet the LSD, I advised I was pulling out of the deal as per the conditions on the contract and 3 months later I still haven’t got my deposit funds back. Only up side is that Evie and Zacc (who have since left) are excellent at their job!
