I would give them no stars if I could. I made an order online. Received a email receipt the only information it says I would receive an email when the portrait was ready. During the process it says you will receive an email for approval- never received. I was only able to view the design with the ink marks. The company went through with production without my approval and there is a weird line under the eyes and a weird shadow on the forehead. The company now wants more money to fix the portrait. Don’t waste your money there is better company’s out there doing a better job than this company!
