I could choose my background and my framing. I made the right choice! The artwork is amazing. They captured the spirit and image of my dog perfectly in every brush stroke of the oil painting. Their customer service is excellent and they communicate throughout. I would recommend ordering early. Although the initial proof was sent long before the date noted on the website, the revision and framing took longer than expected and the artwork arrived two days after Christmas. Really I should have ordered a bit earlier for custom artwork, so I don't blame the company. Do order early if you have a date set for your artwork. Overall I am extremely happy with my portrait and the service. Thank you again Lily for art that I will treasure for a lifetime!
