My order never arrived, my Shop app, where I made the purchase from, said the order was 'returned'. I shared screenshots with Posh Peanut, and two weeks later, they have not issued a refund nor taken any steps to resolve the matter, such as resending the package. Instead, I had to report them to my credit card company. I've had one successful delivery from the company before, but things happen and Posh should have taken responsibility and trusted their Shop app partners. I was astounded at the horrible customer service and will not be putting myself through that again.
