Appalling service. I ordered the card on the 5th March, my friend's birthday was on the 10th. No updates about the dispatch date until after the 8th when I inquired about it. I got my reply next day saying there have been some delays. On the 12th March I reached out to them again, saying that I want to cancel the order as it too late already. No reply until 14th March, 4 days after my friend's birthday, that my order have been dispatched, with a note that they're sorry but they were supply issues?!?! I was offered a refund if I return the card, but the thing is she never received it in the first place. I'm really disappointed with the service. What a waste of money and time...UPDATE: after requesting refund, I was informed that the card has been delivered on 16th March and was given the link to check the tracking, however, there is no information on it who signed for it, and my friend says she never received it. It's all a bit dodgy...
