I ordered a Chocolate Penis and a Chocolate pile of Poo from them as a birthday gift, the order was meant to arrive 5 business days after the order, however, I only received the order nearly a month later. During the waiting period, I emailed them multiple times, called them and used their own website's ticket system to ask for updates but I never received a reply. Only after I put in the Paypal refund request did they ever reply and after that, they have not responded.Royal Mail also charged me postage on what was meant to be free postage. And thus far the company has stopped responding to me.Overall I would suggest you avoid this company at all costs.
